My 3 Kgs tomato rule to handle anger

Anger and I have been friends since years(or may be since incarnations). For many years, I did not even realize that I need to work on my anger. I stayed in anger emotion for days and I justified it. After coming into Pranic Healing, I clearly understood that anger is an unhealthy emotion and I need to work on it. By practicing twin hearts mediation and blue triangle taught in Arhatic Prep-2 course, my anger has reduced significantly - may be by almost 80%. It took years of practice to achieve this result. 20% anger is still in me and when situations trigger anger,…

My journey of 330 meditations

This blog is contributed by Surya Prabha Hello everyone, I am very happy to share with you all my experience and journey with IWC. To start with, I did my Basic Pranic healing course in November 2019 in IWC under the guidance of Divleen. Since then,I was very regular with my Twin Heart Meditation sessions(or wellness meditation). To my luck, Gitanjali started conducting THM regularly on-line from December 2019 onwards. Everyday I used to look forward for THM sessions. Meanwhile, I completed Advanced pranic healing course, Psychotherapy, Arhatic Prep1. Then I was practicing Blue pearl Meditation sessions as well which are being conducted by…

7 things I learnt about movie stars

Generally, I am quite busy in life with packed schedule and I rarely get the luxury to live a day without any agenda or plan. Today is one such special day where 12 hours are completely mine. I had nothing to do and I thought I will explore youtube. Thinking I will spend 30 minutes, I ended up spending 8 hours on youtube and I learnt many fascinating things in these 8 hours. These days, my passion has become food as I learnt and experienced that food can heal diseases. So, I went to youtube to sharpen my cooking skills. From cooking videos, I…

How to find time for meditation

The other day, a Pranic Healing friend called me and said - "you are so lucky. You are working. That's why you are able to find time for meditation. I am a home maker and I have so much work to do. I am unable to find time for meditation." And some months back, another person told me - "I am working and I cannot find time for meditation like a home maker. I have so many responsibilities to handle." Is home maker lucky or a working person? Before I share who is lucky, let me share with you another incident from my life.…

What I learnt from my weight loss of 10 Kgs

Weight loss - this is something that eluded and puzzled me for years. When I joined my software job in 2008, I was at 58 Kgs. That was decent enough for my height but I still felt like losing weight. So, in 2009 , when my mentors Ruchi & Sanjil conducted meditation workshop in my organization, I attended it thinking meditation will help me lose weight. I was ignorant to expect this from meditation. But my ignorance and deep desire for weight loss brought me into meditation and Pranic Healing. Yes, sometimes, ignorance is a blessing. In 2009, I had a fracture and underwent…

My Experiences with Pranic Aromatherapy

Being in India and exposed to Ayurveda, I knew that there are some oils which do wonders to our health but I don't know which oils they are. In the market, there are many oils available which claim miraculous results but I did not know if I can trust those claims and buy. So, I was always skeptical to try out oils. Some years back, my mentors Ruchi Sanjil launched their own aromatherapy oils which they have researched for years and tried and tested personally. This was a great trust factor to me because my experience has been that my mentors only promote good…

Magic of 100 days

Being humans, it is common to have problems in life. Sometimes, these problems can be overwhelming and we wonder how to solve them. Before seriously pursuing the path of Pranic Healing, I was also overwhelmed with the problems in my life and I did not know how to solve them other than praying to God. The only solution I knew was prayers. In 2012, when I was going through suicidal tendencies, I approached my mentors Ruchi Sanjil for a solution and they suggested me to do 100 days of meditation. I did not think whether I can do it or not. I just wanted…

My humble Tribute to every parent out there

My husband and I were in a relationship for 1 year before our marriage and most of our conversations focused on Guru and spirituality as our common passion is Guru. Our love for Guru brought us together and its the key of our marriage. We used to talk about Guru and Guru's teachings for hours and hours on phone. I remember one such discussion where I said Guru is the greatest person in this world. My husband said - "No, mother is the greatest. That's what out scriptures say. Mathru Devo Bhava, Pitru Devo Bhava, Acharya Devo Bhava! Acharya is after mother and father.…
