Are we learning our lessons?

Some months back, I was conversing about someone with my husband and remarked - ''Why does this person repeat the same mistakes again and again?". To this, my husband said - "Forget about this person. What about us? Are we not repeating our mistakes?" His observation surprised me and made me reflect. Is it true that I am repeating my mistakes? To find out the answer to this question, I started tracking all the instances that disturb me emotionally. What makes me angry or sad or jealous or stressed or in summary 'unspiritual'? I tracked my negative emotions and reasons that triggered them diligently…

3 great benefits I received from Wellness Meditation

Namaste all. I wish to share my experiences of wellness meditation. I am part of 'Daily Meditation' whatsapp group and meditate regularly with the recordings of Geetanjali mam. Last week, my daughter and husband got infected with covid. Both were advised home quarantine. The entire week was very hectic with their fever, visiting hospital and taking care of them. The hospital is a bit far too. It was only me who would accompany them to the hospital. They got infected in 2 days interval. So each of  their condition was different. Home quarantine for 2 people made me physically very tired. But every day…

The power of association

Recently, I went on a travel in this hot summer and after coming home, I fell mildly sick. I was quite weak on one of the days. In my moment of physical weakness, I reached out to YouTube to engage myself. Surprisingly, in this state of physical weakness, my mind resisted to listen to spiritual lectures on YouTube. It only craved entertainment. (This experience taught me clearly how a weak body can weaken the mind and why good health is very important to stay in the path of spirituality.) I gave in to my mind's demand for entertainment and I casually browsed YouTube. I…

My new learning about relationships

After coming into energy healing, I learned about the law of karma and its impact on relationships. I learned how to transform my relationships with wellness meditation. I felt quite empowered when I saw my relationships transform due to the application of these teachings. With all these miracles I have witnessed, certain pride has come in and I thought I know everything about relationships. To break my pride, there came a person. Lets call her Yashoda. When I came in contact with her, she was going through severe relationship issues. She was unable to forgive her husband and most of her relationships are in…

How healing helped me in tough times!

Atma Namaste Recently I went through a challenging situation in my marriage. I am usually a very cheerful person. I have asked Geetanjali so many times ' what it is ,to be depressed?'. I do not understand depression because I have so much gratitude for life. I have seen many uneventful events in my life. I transformed them into diamonds, so I don't know how to hate those who troubled me or caused me grief. So many events happened back to back while I was seeking spirituality long ago. It made me take some serious decisions to make my life less complicated. One such decision…

Like every other profession, this profession too has success and failure. In this blog, I am going to share 2 recent successful experiences I had with Psychotherapy. Miracle I experienced with Energy Healing

Namaste all. I would like to share the wonderful results of energy healing. My daughter is 18 and she had painful periods. It was not just the stomach pain but accompanied with vomiting. She would vomit endlessly. No medicine would work for her to stop the vomit. Sometimes it would be so worse that she would get dehydrated and we would rush to hospital to inject the medicine through saline water. We had consulted many gynaecologists. They would say it's just her psychology. Even the scan results were normal. We then consulted a homeopathy doctor. Their way of treating was different. The doctor there told…

Formula given by Scriptures on Contentment

In the present times of heavy social media influence, it is quite challenging to be content in life. Every day, there is a new trend in fashion, home interiors, food, relationships, cars, gadgets and so on. What was 'wow' becomes outdated very soon. It is very easy to forget the purpose of life and be carried away in the pursuit of these never-ending charms. So, what do scriptures say about contentment? During my study of scriptures, I came across a beautiful formula on contentment. When I applied this formula to the context of my life, I found it to be a valuable teaching and…

My mother-in-law’s recovery from cancer

My mother-in-law Sangeeta Shrivastava was diagnosed with Grade 3 Cancer ( Brain Tumor) in 2013. In June 2014, she went for chemotherapy. I got to know about her condition in Aug 2014 when my marriage got fixed, by that time I was already into Therapeutic Energy Healing. Doctors had clearly mentioned that her life expectancy was from 6 months to 2 years. By the time of our marriage, December 2014 she was bedridden and had lost her memory. It was the early morning of 1st Jan 2015, when we rushed to the hospital as her condition became very serious. Doctors had lost all hopes…

3 lessons I learnt from Ekadasi fasting

I never liked fasting and always ate food to my heart's content.(There are so many types of fasting and the fasting I am referring here is staying for a complete day only on minimum consumption of fruits). Yes, I am a foodie and I love food. I even eat food happily on Shivaratri without any guilt. Hunger was too much of suffering for me and I did not believe in such suffering. So, what made me do fasting? Its Lord Krishna. Since the time I studied Mahabharata, I fell in love with Lord Krishna. He is an amazing personality and studying his pastimes and…
