In February 2023, our daughter was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism caused by Graves’ disease, an autoimmune condition in which the immune system overstimulates the thyroid gland. Her initial blood reports were concerning, with TSH < 0.01 mU/l and Free T4 levels exceeding 64. She was immediately placed on medication under the care of an endocrinologist.

As parents, we were deeply anxious—especially after being told that Graves’ disease often requires long-term or lifelong medication. Around this time, we reached out to Inner Wellness Circle (IWC). We had already been part of the IWC family since 2021, having been introduced during the COVID period by a close friend.

While continuing medical treatment exactly as prescribed, we decided to begin healing sessions at IWC as a complementary support. Reading similar experiences on the IWC website gave us a much-needed sense of hope, though we remained cautious and grounded.

Early Signs of Improvement

Within one month of starting the healing sessions, we noticed a significant change. Free T4 levels reduced from around 56 to nearly 30, which was an encouraging sign. Over the following weeks, her thyroid parameters showed steady improvement, allowing doctors to gradually adjust and reduce the medication dosage.

By June 2023, after about three months of healing support, her T4 levels came within the normal range, and medication was reduced further. What began at 15 mg was progressively brought down to 7.5 mg, and later to 5 mg, under strict medical supervision.

Despite the improvements, concerns persisted. Graves’ disease is often described as a chronic autoimmune condition, and remission is considered uncertain. Questions around thyroid antibodies and long-term outcomes naturally arose. During this period, discussions with Ruchi & Sanjil helped us remain patient and focused on the consistent trend of progress, rather than isolated fears.

Transitioning Away from Medication

By March 2025, our daughter had remained stable on a very low dose for a prolonged period. After reviewing her reports, the endocrinologist suggested stopping the medication for four weeks, with close monitoring.

This phase felt critical for us.

During this medication-free period, her TSH and Free T4 levels remained within the normal range. Follow-up blood tests in April, June, and September 2025 continued to show that T3, T4, and TSH levels were stable, and doctors advised continuing without medication, with periodic reviews.

As of the latest update, she has been off medication since March 2025 (9 months so far), her thyroid levels remain under control, and her next medical review is scheduled as part of routine monitoring.

Conclusion

Throughout this journey, the medical supervision continued along with the regular remote energy therapy sessions, alongside regular blood tests and consultations with specialists. As the reports keep showing improvements, the medicines were tapered down and finally stopped.

For our family, Inner Wellness Circle has been a source of emotional strength, calm reassurance, and inner balance—not only during this journey, but earlier as well during other health relates supports in our family.

This journey has given us renewed confidence, gratitude, and trust in a holistic approach and therapeutic energy healing.🙏
