It was was a great class

Awesome workshop of two days, came to learn indepth subject, never expected integration of mantra in kundalini is so good. Thank you so much for the wonderful class.

I consider this two-day class a divine blessing that has given me spiritual strength. I understood all the conversations that took place in the class well. You don’t need to worry about that.

Yin-Yang: The practice involves balancing the energy centers in our body by channeling the Shiva-Shakti energy from the lower to the upper centers and vice versa. The explanation of how to align the body, mind, and thoughts to absorb this energy and elevate to the state of oneness was very clear and excellent.

Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏. I will definitely do all the practices correctly and come to the L6 class with the blessings of my gurus (Ruchi & Sanjil). Many times, due to language barriers, I couldn’t express my happiness in the class. Otherwise, I convey my happiness, gratitude, and thanks to both of you and Vidya. 🙏🙏🙏

நிலைக்கு உயரவேண்டும் என்பதற்கான விளக்கம் மிக அருமையாக புரிந்தது.
