IAY L3 so Enriching and Enlightening
This IAY L3 workshop has been so enriching and enlightening at so many levels with so much experiential learning and proper understanding of the rituals.The chanting of mantra has become so relatable and understandable. It’s all thanks to Ruchi ma’am and Sanjil sir for being so patient and explaining everything from the importance of breathing exercises and decree, to usage of mantras in our day to day life and our previous practices in such a detailed manner.
