My recent experience with Psychotherapy

One aspect of healing that never stops fascinating me is Psychotherapy(or TEH Level 3). In my younger age, I wanted to become a psychiatrist but became a Software Engineer and life gave me opportunity to fulfill my interest for human psychology through psychotherapy. Most of the professional healing cases I do on a regular basis are for psychological issues like stress, marital disharmony, depression, alcoholism, domestic abuse, violence, suicidal tendencies, relationship problems and I have seen 70% of these healings to be successful. A recent experience is one such experience which demonstrated to me the power of psychotherapy. In whatsapp, I came across an…

My experience with IWC Antaryatra Senior – The Ganga Retreat – April 2023

There is a saying - β€œthe longer the wait, the sweeter the experience”.  When I first saw glimpses of the IWC Ganga Retreat 2019 Program, I knew it was something I had to attend.  Only two things stood in the way - completion of the requisite courses along with the practices and waiting for IWC to plan a retreat after Covid.  In October of 2022, we found out about Ruchi and Sanjil’s plan to conduct one in 2023.  When the dates and location were announced, I was immediately ready to sign up. I had completed the requisite courses by then. When they say members…

Weight Loss is a Spiritual Journey

I am presenting here my understanding of permanent weight loss from a spiritual perspective.  "Manifesting your perfect weight is a natural result of realigning with your true self ” – Marianne Williamson How many of you have experienced that even after following the best diet plans and a strict exercise regime, the weight loss that happened was only temporary and once the motivation is gone your excess weight comes back and you are the same again. This clearly shows that weight loss/ gain is something more than just diet and exercise. Β RecentlyΒ I was going through an article on Energy healing and was so surprised…

4 LESSONS I LEARNT FROM TOILET-CLEANER

We hired toilet cleaning service and a person came to our home to clean the toilets. He started his work. It took him almost 2 hours of work to complete cleaning 2 toilets(It's a very tough job). During the same time, 2 of our friends came home and they are also spiritual seekers. So, we were discussing various things related to spirituality. We had good conversation for 2 hours and the friends left. After the toilet cleaning is completed, this person asked my husband - what are you people discussing about? My husband said that its about spirituality, mantras, Guru etc. Then this person…

my 3 recent experiences with blessing

Blessing always amazed me due to its simplicity and the results it brings. I started blessing from 2012 when I started my first 100 day meditation challenge. I blessed my family members, colleagues, my boss, goals and wishes, important events, tough situations, my day and so on. I was amazed by the way things changed just with doing wellness meditation and blessing after the meditation. Recently, I experienced 3 such instances and I am amazed again. Instance 1: I am a big fan of 100 day wellness meditation challenge due to the transformation it brings in one's life and I keep conducting them regularly.…

DIVINE ONENESS

I am sure many of us have questions like, or atleast heard or read- Why doesn't God punish roberers when they are robbing temples or others? If God gives punishment to people as and when they make mistakes, people will not do wrong things. Why he has to let people do wrong things and karma has to play the role etc etc? I got the answers like - God is all loving, God doesn't differentiate between a good person or bad person. He loves everyone the same way. Every person is his child, etc. These answers seemed to be a bit convincing, but again questions…

Life transforming courses from IWCΒ

A few years ago, after a knee surgery gone wrong, I found it very difficult to walk or climb stairs. There was a constant pain and this caused a lot of irritability. Added to this was work pressure and household chores. I used to be anxious for small things.  Life was one big challenge. At a time like this my sister  came as a beacon of light and introduced me to Therapeutic Energy Healing. After doing a few courses  and applying the techniques of healing I could see dramatic results – not only did  the pain disappear but my capacity to bear pain improved…

When I saw Tirupati Balaji

Recently, I had a burning desire to know more about God. Yes, I read scriptures, autobiographies/biographies of saints and I learnt a lot from them. But I wanted to know the experiences of a common man with God. Saints, devotees and kings, about whom I studied, were extraordinary people with great devotion to God. Now, I am neither a deeply spiritual person nor a religious person. I am just a common person living for me and my family, going through the pleasures and pains of life. So, I wanted to know if a common man, like me, had any experiences with God in this…

7 lessons I learnt from my ill-health

I have been dreaming since 7 years to visit a religious place. I am mad about this place and I hoped someday I will be able to visit it. Finally, that day came on October 25th 2022 and I travelled with excitement and gratitude. I stayed there for almost a week. I was lost in devotion and had tears of joy. Trip ended and I came back with the dreams of permanently settling down in this place someday in future. I was flying and was lost in my sweet, little dreams. And then, "teacher life" sent me an unforgettable lesson and brought me back…

10 things I loved about Antaryatra 2022

Recently, IWC conducted AntarYatra(Read more about this event here). After covid, this is the first spiritual retreat I attended and I loved the experience. Here are the 10 things I loved about this event.(These are not the only things I loved but to keep the blog simple, I limited myself to 10 things). Time Management: Some days before the event started, Ruchi Sanjil published the detailed schedule of the event. We all have seen many schedules and we know that in a group event, schedules are not followed as planned. But I am amazed that in AntarYatra, schedule is executed as planned. There is…
