Diffuse this blend  to keep the environment free of stress, full of peace and calm. Ideal blend for diffusing in the evening after a hectic day at work to slow down and shift attention inwards.

Usage:

For diffusing: diffuse 6-15 drops of the oil (depending on size of the room) in a diffuser.

Direct usage: dilute blend with coconut oil (or any other carrier oil) in equal quantity, apply on the solar plexus, throat, heart and crown chakras 1 drop each. Avoid direct sun exposure of the applied part for 12 hours.
