Description

This oil is an all in one solution prepared with appropriate proportions of listed essential oils selected to suit the needs of any Menstrual problem, hormonal imbalance like PCOD and Pre Menopausal Symptoms, etc. Mildly diluted in coconut oil the solution can be used as it is.

Usage :
For painful, heavy or obstructed periods – start applying 6-8 drops on the lower abdomen 4-5 days before expected date, everyday throughout the cycle. For painful back additionally apply 5-6 drops on the painful area 2-3 times a day.
For irregular menstrual cycles/pre-menopausal problems and PCOD – apply 5-6 drops on the lower abdomen, a drop each on solar plexus and ajna chakra once in a day.
