Usage:

For diffusing: diffuse 6-15 drops of the oil (depending on size of the room) in a diffuser.

Foot bath: add 6-10 drops of oil to two handful of salt and mix in warm water in a tub to dip your feet for 15-20 minutes for link cutting.

Direct application: dilute blend with coconut oil (or any other carrier oil) in equal quantity, apply on the basic chakra, sex chakra, navel chakra, solar plexus & throat chakra.
