Also applied some of the remedies for the house where i am staying. As i had mentioned earlier my house in Chennai was not occupied for more than two years. People used to come and see the house say they liked it but would not come for rent. I was very worried since the house was empty for a long time. Suddenly two weeks ago someone called and said he saw the house last year, had liked it then and would now like to move in this week. He paid the advance the same day and moved in last week.
