Namaste, Jai Shree I am pleased to participate in Holistic and spiritual healing practices. Divleen Sidhu's straightforward explanations have rendered the concepts both rational and comprehensible. Despite the online format of the course, I am experiencing the therapeutic benefits. I extend my gratitude to Divleen.

Namaste, Thank you Divleen Sidhu for introducing me to Therapeutic yoga classes and Therapeutic energy healing level 1 course in 2018. Post this i have continued my journey of learning in this path by doing several courses from IWC conducted by Ruchi & Sanjil. Always had a great affirming experience and wonderful learning from each of the courses. Content of every course is very detailed, apt, well presented and conducted. Blessed to be part of IWC family. Via these courses, I wish every person utilizes the opportunity of experiencing and understanding the presense of energy within and outside our body and it's impact on our well being in our day to day life. Retreats conducted by IWC are also very well planned, organized and executed. Had amazing learning experience from every retreat that i attended so far. Thank you Ruchi and Sanjil for sharing and spreading the knowledge and teachings.

"Pranams and Saranams to my spiritual mentors, Ruchi and Sanjil, and the entire IWC family. After years of association with IWC, the Ganga Retreat 2026 completely transformed my life. The meticulously planned daily practices shattered my old limitations and awakened a clear, divine guidance within me.My greatest personal miracle was overcoming a 30-year-old childhood fear of water. Through complete Saranagati to Mother Ganga, I transcended this limitation and took a sacred dip all 6 days, feeling her presence wash away my deepest anxieties. Furthermore, coming from a strict orthodox family, having the opportunity to perform the ancestral Pind Dhan in an esoteric way brought an indescribable stillness and deep silence to my soul.Ruchi and Sanjil deliver the highest, most profound teachings in a way that anyone can absorb, register, and practice. This retreat provided the ultimate food for the soul, and my soul wish now is to earn the entitlement to continue on this higher path of practice and learning."

Fantastic course created by **Ruchi and Sanjil**, and beautifully delivered by **Sangeeta, Sudhir, and the entire team**. IWC has done a wonderful job in making ancient wisdom accessible and understandable for common people. The concepts are explained in a simple, clear, and scientific manner, making the learning experience practical and meaningful. The course is well documented, well structured, and creates a good balance between knowledge, experience, and inner connection. It is a great place for learning, understanding, and connecting with the deeper principles of the energy healing system. Overall, it was a very enriching and eye-opening experience. My sincere appreciation to the entire IWC team for their dedication and contribution.
