Thank you the workshop was excellent. Nowadays all workshops are expensive but Ruchi and Sanjil provide the workshop at a reasonable price and the content was excellent . TEH 3 provides the foundation for good psychological development of all human beings. Please start similar courses for teens .

Namaste, I am a software programmer by profession, a busy mom with 2 kids. It’s a different race for me everyday. Some days are really stressful.
