Namaste, I am a software programmer by profession, a busy mom with 2 kids. It’s a different race for me everyday. Some days are really stressful. Slowly stress started to show up on myself & my relations. There was s time when I realized that I had to calm down , improve my acceptance & forgiveness & heal my relationships.
