Namaste, I am a software programmer by profession, a busy mom with 2 kids. It’s a different race for me everyday. Some days are really stressful. Slowly stress started to show up on myself & my relations. There was s time when I realized that I had to calm down , improve my acceptance & forgiveness & heal my relationships. Basically restructure my emotional wellbeing first. That’s when I took Sivapooja Sujatha’s help. Sujatha was my colleague few years back.
